We took a break from working around the house this weekend to enjoy some
family time. We have lot coming up over the next few weeks and knew
that this weekend would be one of the only times that we'd be able to
just hang out together, so we wanted to take advantage of it. On
Saturday morning we took Eliza on her first visit to Waffle House and
she loved it (although it doesn't look like she did in one of these pictures). I think she went into a food coma from her waffle because
she took a three hour nap when we got home.
After Eliza woke up from her
nap we took her to her first Clemson game! It was really hot, but she
was a trooper. She made through almost the entire game. We had a great
time and it was really great to be back in Clemson. I didn't make it to
any games last year because I was either nine months pregnant or had a
newborn during all of the games. I didn't realize how much I missed it
until we were actually there walking through campus.
