One Month and Good News

Eliza was one month old last week, but I wanted to wait until we took her to the doctor to do this post. I can't believe it has already been one month. It's amazing how much she has changed in four weeks. She is now 8 lbs 13 oz and 21 inches long. Her clothes are actually starting to fit her!

She is starting to try to pick up her head, and she can hold it up for about 2-3 seconds at a time. I have started to put her on her stomach for a little bit during the day, but she hates it. She also hates having her diaper changed. She likes bath time much better than she used to though. Her favorite activity is going on afternoon walks. She will now sleep for about five hours at a time during the night, which has been so nice! During her first month, Eliza has been to Columbia twice. I can't wait to see what her second month will bring!

In other news, Eliza's test results came back false positive! We are so happy and relieved. I know it is because so many people have been praying for her. I can not thank everyone enough for their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed!
