Brown the 3/4 a stick of butter with ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a pan on high for about 8-10 minutes.
For the dressing, mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of canola oil, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, and a splash of soy sauce. I just rinse out the sunflower seed container, and put it all in there. Make sure to mix everything really well.
Then mix the dressing in with the coleslaw, and you're done!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 2 packages of beef ramen noodles
- 1 bag of slivered almonds
- 1 container of sunflower seeds
- 2 bags of coleslaw
- 1/2 a cup of sugar
- 1 cup of canola oil
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- splash of soy sauce
- Brown 3/4 cup of butter with the beef ramen noodles (just the noodles, not the flavoring), slivered almonds, and sunflower seeds on medium to high heat. I usually brown these ingredients for about 8 minutes, but just watch it while you're mixing it.
- Mix the mixture from the pan with the coleslaw.
- Dressing: mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of canola oil, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, and a splash of soy sauce. Make sure to mix well.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture, and serve! (Note: Wait to pour the dressing right before serving the slaw because it can get soggy if you do it too soon. )
